Abstract

The advent of 5G technology has marked a significant shift in mobile network capabilities, offering higher speeds, lower latency, and more reliable connections. This paper explores the emerging trends in 5G and beyond mobile networks, which are poised to revolutionize communication and connectivity across various industries. The current state of 5G deployment is discussed, along with the challenges and opportunities it presents. Furthermore, the paper delves into the research and development of next-generation mobile networks, often referred to as 6G, which aim to address the limitations of 5G and offer even more advanced features and functionalities. The potential impact of these technologies on areas such as autonomous vehicles, smart cities, and the Internet of Things (IoT) is examined, highlighting the transformative potential of these networks. Finally, the paper concludes with a discussion on the future directions for research and development in the field of beyond 5G mobile networks.
